The golden active class at MDG Fitness provides a safe, supportive environment for older adults to stay active, build strength, and improve balance. Sessions focus on functional movements that support everyday tasks, mobility, and long-term health.
No previous experience required. All exercises are guided, adaptable, and designed with safety and enjoyment in mind. All new clients complete a PAR-Q. Medical clearance may be required if indicated by your answers.

Monday - Thurs: 6am - 1pm and 3:30 - 9pm
Friday: 6am - 12pm and 1:30pm - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 5pm
